Nova Datacom, LLC, a provider of information assurance and security services to the public and private sectors, today announced that Min Cho, CEO Nova Datacom, has been recognized by Everything Channel’s CRN Magazine as one of the top Women of the Channel. CRN’s annual list recognizes female executives across vendors’ channel organizations, distributors and solution providers for their accomplishments over the past year and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward. This year’s Women of the Channel were chosen by the editors of CRN Magazine based on their achievements as executives and the amount of influence they wield over the technology channel
With Min on board, Nova Datacom began a period of extreme growth that continues to this day. Revenues continue to climb, with 2009 resulting in revenues of $35M, a 745% increase since Min took the reins. Headcount has increased exponentially as well, with a current roster of almost 80 employees and still growing. This is due to both a shift in operational business focused on enterprise-level mission critical security solutions to the Federal and Private industry as well as a focus on becoming certified by the SBA as an 8(a), which provides Federal clients more flexibility in how they purchase their IT solutions.
Internally, NDC employees are highly valued, continually trained to keep them at the top of their industry requirements, and corporate policies strive to maintain a healthy work/life balance, such as through the implementation of a corporate tele-working policy.
“Women hold many prominent executive positions at vendor organizations, distributors and solution provider organizations, providing critical insight and influence when it comes to technology and the channel. The Power 100 is the Who’s Who of Women in the Channel. They represent the largest and most powerful vendor organizations and VARs and it is an honor to highlight their accomplishments and include them in this ranking. We want to honor and congratulate these women for their contributions to the industry and their respective organizations,” said Kelley Damore, VP, Editorial Director, Everything Channel
A special feature of the Women of the Channel is in the July issue of CRN Magazine and expanded coverage will be featured online at www.crn.com.
